Colorado Governor’s Energy Office – Program Performance Tracking and Reporting
Project Period: November, 2009 to May, 2010

The Governor’s Energy Office selected Symbiotic Engineering through a competitive solicitation for developing a comprehensive tracking mechanism for several Federal ARRA funds across 12 programs. Symbiotic developed an internal tracking and metrics tools to measure the GEO’s progress and reporting to funding agencies. Symbiotic worked with the GEO staff to build a user-friendly spreadsheet tool that commonly reported across the agency.
