Loveland Water and Power
Project Period: October, 2011 to Present

Symbiotic is providing a data pilot in conjunction with Recharge Colorado, a Colorado based 501 (c)(3), to deliver the following for the City of Loveland (Department of Water & Power).

• Support profiling the City’s existing water system;
• Support characterization of the City’s current and future demands;
• Support an assessment of the assessment of the City’s future facility needs;
• Assist the City in the development of its initial water conservation goals;
• Provide direction in the organization and evaluation of water demand data needed to support plan preparation;
• Develop analyses that support the identification of costs and benefits for potential water conservation measures and programs that align with the City’s goals; and
• Author the portions of the draft Water Conservation Plan that address goal setting, screening and evaluation of water conservation measures and programs, selection of measures and programs, evaluation of selected measures and programs on future demand projections, and creation of the City’s implementation plan.
